The Telewest work is by no means the best on my reel, however I do have much pride in what we achieved.

Firstly and most importantly we were able to develop an idea “Live Broad” which for the first time enabled them to produce 360 communications that were driven by one core idea.

Telewest was essentially a retail account which was reliant upon Direct Mail for delivering sales.  Their entire communications activity was delivered by the Saatchi & Saatchi team (which I led).  I built a fully integrated team including DM specialists & data planners.  The work was extensive, with the agency developing and delivering more than 50 campaigns, the vast majority of which were integrated. During 2001 over 24 million mailings were developed and managed by the agency team.
